I have no reservations in recommending this company. -------------------- I really wanted to give Just In Time a five-star review, because I genuinely think the issue I ran into was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with how they handled that mistake. First, the good: I hired them to install a smart EV charger. They were super friendly, responsive, on-time, and the installation itself was fast and clean. Here's where things went sideways: they told me the job was complete, but the charger's controller--the part that actually makes it "smart"--was still sitting in the box. Without that piece installed, the whole point of the smart charger is lost. The technicians put me on the phone with the boss, who told me installing the rest of the components would be an additional $165. I was awfully annoyed, but I didn't really have any choice at that point. My issue is simple: I was clear from the beginning about the exact charger I needed installed. I showed the estimator the box and confirmed that their quote covered installing and integrating the smart charger. Some people might call this a bait-and-switch, but I don't think that's what happened. I think they either misunderstood the charger when quoting or were just moving too fast. An honest mistake. But the "solution" was to charge me $165 more for something that took them less than fifteen minutes. They had an opportunity to either (A) complete the scope they quoted, or (B) at least try to work with me on the added fee. Instead, I got a shrug and a "take it or leave it." read more

We hired Just in Time plumbing for a toilet that kept running. I used the Yelp system for requesting quotes. They promptly gave me an accurate quote. They were available within a few hours. Jay was polite, clean and congenial. He put slippers over his shoes before entering our house each time he had to go out to the truck. He reviewed our situation and provided additional options to the work that I was seeking. He also fixed the shutoff valve which was also not sealing and kept leaking water to the line even in the shutoff position. Would recommend! read more

Even though they it wasn't part of the quote, they mounted the charger for me, and also installed the load management device into the panel (which was part of it). In the end, everyone else told me I had to get a new panel for $6k, and Austin and his team came up with a more affordable options and did an amazing job with installation. I used Yelp to source a few plumbers for bid to replace my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. JIT was the most responsive and detailed in their response which is why I chose to go with them. Jay (technician) was thorough and friendly. It turns out the sink I purchased was 1/2" too big to fit the opening I had. Jay was very accommodating allowing me to get my handyman out three days later to increase the opening size and then coming back right after him to finish the installation. Just had electrician Austin come out to troubleshoot an issue related to a bad light switch panel. Unbeknownst to us, it was installed incorrectly and caused us to lose power in 3/5 outlets. Got an upgraded electrical panel during Covid era in 2020. Gave them an additional $200 to pull a permit. I had to bug them for two years to have the inspection done, they kept blaming Covid for the delay, even though I never even received a call from the city. The inspector didn't come out until late 2022 and surprise the electrical work failed the inspection. I informed this company about the failure and they needed to come out and fix it, and I never heard back from them. Go with someone else more professional. read more
