I just had WRF put down LVP in our 1800 sq ft lakehouse at Greers Ferry. We have used them in the…read morepast, maybe 10 years ago and were pleased. I think all construction related businesses have been pretty busy lately and some have been short of help. We had a little trouble picking out potential products over the phone. We finally decided to go to their showroom to pick out what we wanted in person and that made all the difference. They were quick to bring an estimate and Matt was great to work with. We realized that the quarter round trim wasn't in the original estimate, but they added it for us and painted it to match the wall trim. They finished working in less than a week. We paid 1/3 down and remainder at the finish. I recommend them and would use them for future flooring jobs.

3 years later, still can't get our billing lined out. Ordered custom cabinets for $12,000 with a…read morebeautiful butcher block top, cabinets are great! Installers did a shotty job on hardware install but we fixed that. The real issue is they measured our space, quoted us with the knowledge that we didn't have a budget to mess with the floors at the time. They knew this and planned around it. They demolished the entire kitchen, and when they were done with the demo... Well your cabinets won't fit because of the elevation difference with the subfloor. So what option do you have but to replace the entire 330 Sqft floor. A couple of thousand is what was stated multiple times... I even did the demo on the floor because their flooring contractors were busy and we couldn't get the cabinets installed till the floor was done, and they billed me for the demo?!? $8000 is what they finally invoiced for the floor... not happy $26 per sq ft... Still trying to resolve. Oh did I mention they put this all on my wife because when I left the first day they said everything was good to go. Predatory sales techniques... avoid!!!

We just had NSC remove our 2007 countertops and install new quartz ones this week. The process…read moreworked out better than I had anticipated! We had previously had a tile backsplash installed above the original 4" quartz backsplash, and I didn't see how the original could be removed without damaging some of those tiles, but they did it! It was a good experience and they did quality work, and my wife and I were both very satisfied. I had seen earlier negative reviews, but I have to say that our experience was positive all around!

Worst possible granite install!!!…read more Severely damaged our cabinets and drywall during the install. Quote to replace the damaged cabinets was over $3,000.00 for just material. They came back after installing the tops and made poor quality repairs to the granite where they miscut the tops trying to install them. After holding out on the final payment they came out after insulting us at their shop and said they could just paint the damaged cabinets vs replacing the drawers and cabinet. They had no intention of fixing their mess correctly and just wanted to hide it by paint in hopes we would wear down and go away. My wife was furious and decided she didn't want them in our house any more and we gave them the final check. We had over 15k in granite and the install was the lowest quality you would find and they had no customer service to correct their mistake and just wanted to cover it up. I would never have them work for us again and would recommend anyone looking for granite or solid surface tops to go to homedepot or Harrison and find someone there.
