My call was answered right away, and I was lucky that they had a number of bouncers available. Customer service was amazing! Despite the more than usual traffic from Vallejo to Napa (thanks Bottle Rock) they were early and set up the bounce house quickly. It was the perfect size and the kids had a blast (it even had a hoop inside). I got a call that they were running late and would have to leave the bounce house overnight. I had small party on Saturday June 6 for my sister.. so I invited over just a few people which one person had kids. So last minute I decided to get a bouncy house; called one place they were all out. Called another place wanted an extra $100 for short notice ...that was some BS.. so I found Just Jump Bouncers..I called and said they were closed. About an hour later I received a call from a very polite sounding young man.. he asked if I had called I said (caller ID) he said he had one available for $275 I was oh no way too much.. Then he asked what I was looking for. I told him cheap.. lol .. so he had one for I believe $100 perfect.. but had to pick up and Sterilize it ..do to COVID19.. so gets there at noon.. extremely nice young man very personable.. he set it and asked what time did I want him to pick it up.. then I offered it's in my backyard so if you don't have time you can pick it tomorrow.. he was appreciative.. the next day he returned and we talked for about an half hour.. he was such a nice young man..I totally recommend him and his services.. We had scheduled for drop off to be 1pm, however he was more than early and delivered at 12pm. The earlier the better so that everything is set up.
