Once our event ended we received a phone call asking when would be a good time for pickup and he gave us his ETA and arrived on time. The equipment was very clean and easy to use. At the last minute our funding was declined and Rey offered to still make it happen - oh my goodness! The generosity is off the charts. He replies quickly to requests and bends over backwards to make things happen. He cares about safety and takes the time to make everything clean and nice for the kids.
