Unfortunately, they don't have a plus sized section (or at least I didn't see one and nobody asked me if I needed anything), but I settled on some jewelry and a sloth heat wrap for my neck. I found some super cute candles too that I plan on getting in the future. I do wish I had been talked to by an employee but they were busy so it's not the biggest deal as I prefer to just helping myself. They had some decent sales going on, which is always good. Their decor was beautiful. They had some awesome flower and butterfly decorations around the store. They even have a sign saying "hello beautiful". Overall it's not perfect but I liked the store a lot and would come back.

They have Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Company, Nordstrom and they have a very nice Nike store. It's a very small mall, but it is worth a while and you get the things you need. I really like the customer service as well and plus they have a nice landmark movie theater inside and a lot of restaurants. Just FYI, the Saks Fifth Avenue store is closed but they have enough stores there if you want some nice designer stuff . They also have the cheesecake factory there, and other good eateries that you can choose from in a very nice food court as well.

After doing that, I was then told everything needed to be refolded again. Completely unnecessary and a waste of time. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Combined with the slow process and how selective they are, it's just not worth it. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be the norm--long waits, inconsistent rules, and very low payouts. Honestly, I don't understand how this place stays in business when the experience is this unpleasant. Save your time and take your items somewhere that actually values customers.
