In need of birthday gifts for the hubs, I decided to check it out. While I didn't see any crazy clearance deals that impressed me, I did find a lot of great stuff with great prices. I had to check out the shelves of discounted beauty products, and found lots of reasonably priced goodies. Just nothing that struck my fancy. There was a little bit of everything, from high end moisturizers to vitamins and makeup. The mens section, which was what I was after, is considerably smaller than the womens section. There was also not much of a childrens section. The store is predominantly women's clothing and accessories and home goods. The store is organized nicely and gives a first impression of a department-ish store, rather than the messy discount store look you often find in stores as such. I was able to find 2 really nice shirts for my husband that typically retail around $60 for $12.99 a piece. I also found one of his favorite colognes that retails for a little over $100, but paid $18 for it. Great deals!

It was just in order. Even in our busiest days. I go in to this Ross near me and I just am so disappointed. I will say I did purchase something on this visit and the line was long. However once I stepped in the line, I was at the resister in less than 10 minutes. So there speed on check out was appreciated.

Waited over 2 hours for the email to say it was picked. Then just went in got the product off the shelf and canceled my online order. Over 20 of the item on the shelf. Went up to pay and was actually surprised they had real lanes open ( 2 stars ). Two employees with no lines were standing and chatting. I walked into a line past the cashier and I was asked if I was ready to checkout. I said yes. I asked her if she knew how long it typically took for a gift card to show back up on an account after an online purchase was canceled. She said she didn't know. The correct answer should have been I don't know but I will ask someone. So not able to use my gift card or circle points for my purchase. A few hours later it shows back up on my account. It's no wonder people do more and more on line shopping. The lack of care and service is the norm these days. The number of curb side, park and sit on your butt, in your car spots were numerous. We really are getting lazier and lazier these days.

Hobby Lobby had a huge selection of wall/photo frames to choose from, so I took my time to find the right frames for my pieces of art. I eventually found the frames I wanted, and picked up a decorative item for my house as well. The value of the picture frames was terrific and there were very nice frames in the store. There are not a lot of staff walking around in the store, so I didn't ask anyone for assistance, because I did not really need it. When I checked out at the cashier, the woman was very nice and friendly, and wrapped my picture frames with care to make sure they would not crack or break. I had not been in a Hobby Lobby for quite some time, so I was impressed with the selection of picture frames and other items in the store. They always have a sale each week from what I can tell, and you do get value for your buck. If you love arts and crafts, and need supplies, Hobby Lobby is the store for you.
