They arrived promptly in the morning, were extremely pleasant to deal with and had all their own equipment, so they were able to grind the stumps before they left. The crew seemed very accustomed to working with each other, so they were incredibly well coordinated and synchronized, with each person knowing exactly what to do to perform their part of the job to perfection. This tree has lived untouched by them for 13 years, as I have personally shaped it over the years with periodic, seasonal pruning. They cut off branches more than 24" inches long. Prior to the hacking, the front branches cascaded over at least the top 2 rows of a retaining wall. I am appalled. I cannot understand why they would do this. Two of my neighbors have identical trees yet theirs were untouched. Several years ago, Yardnique did this to a 30 year old fig tree in my front year that ultimately killed it. I don't know what in the world they were thinking when butchering this tree.

I have no control since the HOA hired them but the work is pathetic and the laws are always brown! Cut down way to low. Our lawns are more dirt then grass.
