Today I went in with a friend to get our toes done. Both people did not speak good English, and unfortunately her toes were a little messy with bubbles and lines in her gel polish, we left respectfully and went to another salon to get our nails done. I usually have great experiences here, but every once in a while, I'm not impressed with the service nor the owner/manager. I will give it to them that they were busy and I'm sure that it does not help but people come here and pay good money for service and that's what I expect.

I have to start all over now... I started crying in the chair once I realized because I was shocked. I said "too short" and she just kept saying something like "yes, long beautiful"... like what???? I get my nails done every two weeks in CA so I wasn't sure what to expect in Salisbury. I was so pleasantly surprised.
