Went here because my usual nail place was closed when I got off. All I wanted was my existing polish filed off and my nails slightly shortened so I could paint them at home. There was apparently a huge language barrier, and the woman doing my nails was not understanding what i was saying. I told her I wanted to keep them stiletto shaped, just a bit shorter. She cut them down a little, and it seemed like it was going to be fine. And somehow I ended up with all the gel off and my natural nails are incredibly short, flimsy and splitting. I have to start all over now... I started crying in the chair once I realized because I was shocked. I said "too short" and she just kept saying something like "yes, long beautiful"... like what???? I felt very relaxed. I didn't feel rushed. Everything was great. Everyone there always smiled and made you feel welcomed

Pedicure. Rushed. Constantly talking to to each other, laughing, is rude and unprofessional. It's at SPA not romper room. I go there to relax and refresh. Not to listen to gabbing and getting strange looks. Manager has hot temper and rude when something goes out of his realm. I went through 5 spa treatments in 10 minutes. SPA. Had gel? polish taken off with acetone? Ok.ummm.Yeah. I do have a bad nail that needs attention. But, to put it out there to everyone! Rude Mr.Manager. And last but not least, my nails were painted the wrong color. At this point, I was trying to relax with my eyes closed,but, guess that was my fault too. After, she suggested red. I said no, I'll save that for Christmas and pointed the color I wanted and stated the # I had selected. At this point, it felt personal and intentional. While White Lotus is modern and clean, there are problems with staff in professionalism and customer curtisay. Oh, and the tip ,I was suggested to leave....I think a $57 tab is sufficient. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! My sisters and I went here on a Sunday because our usual spot, Beauni Nails, was closed and this place was open later on a Sunday. The owner is a fast talker. He said he owned Top Nails and Pro Nails in Salisbury, just to gain your trust. Then proceeded to give me "family dollar kit" nails. I have professional Gel/poly gel Nails, meaning you have to build the nail, not glue it on. This man said he had the Poly Gel and proceeded to put Acrylic on my nails .... then he shaved them so thin and pointy, I can slice thick burger from Hardee's in half with no effort... the polish they use is older than the bible... I came in with professional square coffin shape nails and walked out with piano keys ... 7of my nails are crooked. The glitter polish on my nails feel like a cobble stone sidewalk... like I have to go to work tomorrow with this bs! I can see clear to my nail because the old polish kept clumping up while he was painting my whole hand (and I mean that literally... sloppy as hell). They have one descent nail painter and she has to have pure silence in order to not mess up. Designs, DON'T DO IT! They messed up a basic fill-in. Don't let the color of my nails fool you, hunny. They look good from afar, but get close up on them and you'll see the cheap quality. Dont say i didnt warn ya! The girl next to me walked out with 9 nails done because they couldn't put them "family dollar nail kit" nails on her pinky. If you get your nails done, then you know how it's supposed to be done. He didn't even cut the cuticle off nor did he give me cuticle oil or offer me lotion at the end. This place is a joke. And when we walked in we were like, "damn, no body's in here". We now understand why! Because they are unprofessional all the way around. I'll never stray away from Beauni Nails AGAIN! The only reason why I'm NOT taking these off tomorrow is because I have a job interview and a second job to attend. They will be off by FRIDAY! Fresh New set coming from Beanu Nails! SORRY, Yuki! This was my first time at White Lotus since the new owners took over from Queens. I cannot say enough nice things. First, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Secondly, the salon was so clean and you can tell the new owners have worked hard to transform the place from the older salon it was. Third, I received the Spa Pedicure and it was so much better than any "spa" pedicures I have received from other salons In the past. I have found my new "go to" place for amazing, friendly, great quality service! read more

What in the world? I took my friend and her 7 year old niece here for a Pedicure birthday treat. Disaster! They couldn't figure out the nail colors we chose, so just painted whatever the old guy brought over! My friend literally picked a Yellow polish, the girl just started painting with an orange gel polish! Then proceeded to finish up with a completely different orange gel as the guy had removed the previous one! She said to her "That is a different color!" The girl just said "No" and continued to paint her nails. I too had to push them into giving me the right color pink. It was a terrible experience. Total lack of communication. Will NOT go back! $100 for 3 pedicures and the little girl was 7 years old! read more

Went for a pedicure it was ok and people were very nice and was very clean. Went back yesterday 7/2/2024 to get gel nails off that I got somewhere else and get gel polish and they were very bumpy looking and didn't look very professional. So I decided to go in there and see if I could get a portion of my money back. I didn't really trust them to fix. Never had them look like that before. Owner said he wanted to fix it but I really didn't want him too. I wanted to go somewhere else that has done it before and I trusted. I was almost ready to say yes that I was willing to get him to fix but he started raising his voice at me and that I was wanting to get a free ride. I was so upset. I just felt like crying. I'm not out to get a free ride for anything or anybody. I'm so upset. He was trying to tell me that it was normal to look like that. I'm so sick to my stomach about this. Never will it go there again. I went over to side when I went in there so not to be loud. Owner was over the top with raising his voice. My friend went with me to get a fill and she wasn't happy either. read more
