We had them installed today 11-8-2024. There was a crew of 4 that installed the windows, it took them about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. There was a bit of miscommunication about a window sill, the outside of one of them ended up being replaced. The crew didn't clean up any of the saw dust or wood chips from removing the old windows. Edit: 1/18/2025. We decided to paint the inside of our house, walls, doors entryways, windows etc. The caulking that Honey Badger used is NOT PAINTABLE. Which is a real bummer. Wish they used paintable caulk. When painting the paint just beads up and shrinks on the caulk. Therefore after painting, you have to wipe off the paint from the caulk because it doesn't dry at all.

(Other contractors didn't) No debrief when they were done, they just left. Didn't tell me what they did, what it looked like, when to expect a bill, anything. Just climbed down and drove away. Didn't clean up well. They used a leaf blower and blew the roofing nails and mortar dust into the yard. But only in the front, they left nails and shingle scraps all over the back deck and yard. They dumped their extra mortar into the stormwater culvert. Pretty sure that's not legal. Either way, it's trashy. I shoveled it out. Summary: the fixed the issue, but I won't call them again.

I arrived home after a 12hr shift to find an entire trunk was removed from my beautiful mature clump birch tree in the front yard. The trunks will not grow back because they are designed this way. The tree Was ruined and had to be replaced. It could not be replaced exactly in the same place because there was concern removing the roots could damage the homes foundation. So a hydrangea tree also had to be removed to plant the new birch tree. I contacted the owner several times to resolve and he refused to do anything.
