I finally got fed up and asked him if he was planning on helping me for something simple. He had the audacity to say he never knew I was there and that I could go elsewhere if I wanted. Pissed me off so much. Only reason why I'm saying this is because I had to go back recently for a convenience issue and the nice office lady that helped me in the past informed me that they're going to be closing down soon. She was the only one who made me feel appreciated there. Avoid this place if possible. You don't want to deal with that geezer scumbag who treats his customers poorly like trash.
