I finally got fed up and asked him if he was planning on helping me for something simple. He had the audacity to say he never knew I was there and that I could go elsewhere if I wanted. Pissed me off so much. Only reason why I'm saying this is because I had to go back recently for a convenience issue and the nice office lady that helped me in the past informed me that they're going to be closing down soon.
