Icing on the cake is that they cut a check for "delays" and then CANCELED THE CHECK. Tried calling them and now they won't return my calls. Bed was supposed to be solid wood and is flimsy. Never again. My friends and family WILL NOT be spending money at their unprofessional "used car salesman" facility. They just made the mistake of their lives. ZERO STARS I mad a…read morepurchase on 9 May 2026 for the amount of $4,490.82 order #4034****. I paid IN FULL and scheduled delivery for Saturday 16 May, 2026. A few days before I received an email at my gmail account to confirm my delivery date which I did. The morning of scheduled delivery I received two (2) text messages with delivery tracking and and estimated time between 2:00 PM (1400) - 5:00 PM (1700). During the day I checked both text messaged links for updates on delivery it remained the SAME; no change on time and continued to say there where 6 deliveries ahead of me. At 4:45 PM (1645) I still had not received my delivery and the delivery tracking remained the same no change. I called the phone number provided by the sales person 850-494-1717 option 2, contacted to a customer care specialist who advised me that the delivery time had been pushed to 6:30 PM (1830). At this time I was not happy and expressed my displeasure of not only the time changing without any advanced notification to me as well as the link seeming to NOT update. I expressly stated that it seemed either someone in cyber was not updating the link or the driver was not updating the deliveries as they where completed. Now imagine my frustration when the woman only said I can't do anything about that, and that she had nothing to do with deliveries. I asked for a phone number for deliveries and was told "No, I don't have a phone number for them." I then asked that something be pushed out that either cyber was dropping the ball or delivery was dropping the ball. Also imagine my frustration when at 6:40 PM (1840) I tried to call again in regards to the delivery and the customer care department is closed until Monday; I also tried to speak to Megan at the store only to continuously be sent to voicemail until 7:00 PM (1900) at which time the store is closed. Now imagine how frustrated I am as it is now 7:24 PM (1924) I still don't have my furniture and NO WAY to contact anyone regarding my furniture , I DO expect communication back regarding this issue as well as some sort of compensation for my inconvenience. I WILL also be putting in a review on Reddit as well as Yelp regarding this issue. I feel extremely disrespected, not valued as a customer, and treated poorly.
