My wife and I were looking for some crape myrtles and a couple of river birch trees for our yard. After perusing the nursery for about 20 min and finding some things we liked, Megan checked on us and helped us decide on what might work best for us. She was totally helpful, listened to our concerns and helped us make our final decision. They have a great selection of trees and shrubs and everything looked healthy and well cared for. Really wish there was an option for zero stars- this place is god awful. Only good thing I could…read moresay about the flowers is they smelled good but when I tried taking out all the ugly flowers that felt absurdly out of place and way to long for the bouquet itself I found black rot spots (get ready to say hello to little critters too). Most of the flowers were hanging when I carefully took them out and I mean From stem to pedals- I was intentional to try to preserve them and try to make two bouquets instead of one ugly mismatched one. Quality was beyond subpar and he charged over 30 dollars for this embarrassment. If I was having a funeral, wedding or anniversary and this man was the only florist left on the earth I'd just skip them altogether. I can go on all day about how truly disgusted I was with this bouquet or I can move on and talk about the actual customer service and explain how the way he acted was just as bad or I'd argue worse than the actual flowers. He was rude/ made my fiancée feel like she was out of place, didn't listen to what she wanted (multiple things were asked for several times and he still did what he wanted then pressure was felt to buy something he liked rather than something my fiancée knew i'd love ), he also kind of gave sexist or maybe homophobic vibes? GOD forbid a woman goes and buys flowers.
