We are completely satisfied with the entire process, start to finish. The install was completed in one day. I'm sorry I can't remember installer's name, but he was very professional and did an excellent job. There is a blemish on one of the drawers that is reordered and will be replaced as soon as it comes in. I am getting so many compliments! I LOVE my new closet! All the aforementioned stores provided reasonable quotes; however, when it came to designing for our needs they were only capable of providing cookie cutter results. Cindy from Closet Factory came to our home and designed the coffee bar to our needs and space. Joe the installer was on time and professional and his attention to detail was superb. The price difference from the the "Stores" to Closet Factory was not that big of a difference. By choosing Closet factory we got custom made pieces for a great price!!!
