I think it was a cinnamon scent, but both my husband and I noticed it immediately on entry, and within a minute or two, my throat was scratchy and felt tight. Someone with breathing issues or asthma would have a serious problem here. We had to leave. It's too bad, there seemed to be nice items to look at, and we like supporting locally owned businesses.

What I love about this store is it's ALWAYS fresh, they take great care in continually creating well coordinated vignettes for each season, holiday, color groupings etc. It's a high volume consignment shop with very reasonable prices and epic sales! They even have an awesome weekly weekend auction where I've got crazy great deals, and occasionally they have fun contests and live sales on Facebook to keep things current and moving. I've taken plenty of stuff to be sold... I make sure my stuff is clean and intact. They don't accept everything, they know what will move and what won't, and I respect that! Chicken coops, horse shoes, metal windmill blades; it is a flea market flip fans dream as such items are hard to come by in the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly & had a great knowledge of each object & how it was originally used. Although the prices were a tiny bit high, what they offered was in great condition & were expensive purchases well before they entered this shop. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is artistic & enjoys up cycling. I can't wait to go back and see what other treasures are available!
