I finally "had my bait" with Comcast and decided to cancel my subscription. I decided I would use…read morethe ROKU app and get an antenna for local TV. Being technically challenged I realized I needed help. I contacted Mat at Techtronic's Mobile Repair. He advised me what to get and was very prompted and professional in addressing my issue. What impressed me the most was his commitment to customer service by going beyond the minimum. He came to my house installed and trained me on ROKU. The antenna only provided four (4) channels and none were the local programming that I was looking for. It perplexed Mat because he had installed the same type of equipment at a house about five (5) miles as the crow flies from my place and had over thirty (30) stations. He brought a TV from his home that had local stations along with his antenna. His equipment got the same four (4) as I got. He even attached it to a seventy-five (75) foot extension cord to set it up outside the house; the same result. Mat provided me with exemplary customer service that, in my opinion, went far beyond the minimum required. I highly recommend Mat for your home electronic needs.
