However, the reason I'm writing this revue is because when I went to retreive the computer there arose a misunderstanding regarding the initially quoted price for the service. The end result was that Mark Stroud, VP of Operations for the company, took full responsibility for the problem and handled it in a gracious and completely professional manner.
