Rarely do I ask for help, but when I was working on a nearly $5000 computer build, I hired John at Bruner's help me build a new video editing rig. Not only was he super nice and helpful in helping me pick out the parts, but also built it for me for much less than I would have paid anywhere else. I got regular text updates from him personally throughout the process, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. When my build started to have issues, John took time out of his day on a SATURDAY to make sure I got back up and running. Seriously, it's hard to find people to trust these days, and the guys at Bruner's are outstanding, hard-working, knowledgeable folks that truly care about their customers. This is a great place! They are incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. My computer blew up late one night and I took it in late the next morning. Mary was not only able to access my hard drive but was also able to move it over to a new computer. I didn't need to spend countless hours trying to remember all my passwords and such. I was tired of getting told it was "my fault" by the smartasses at Best Buy. I can't say enough about Mary and her work. I've been her customer since 2005. When I want to make sure I'm being given the right and best advice about my computers, she is the first person I go to and can fully trust with my equipment. What she says goes, in my book. She is definitely not one to beat around the bush or pussyfoot like many businesses do these days. She tells it to you straight and what your options are or what needs to happen. She will call you first about any changes if it will cause the cost to go up because of parts needed. She is quick, but not so much that her work becomes rushed and impersonal.
