I was with Barlow Property Management (BPM) for 14 months. I rented in Leisure Village (LV) and…read morewhen I moved out, I found someone to take over my lease so Dan Klein did not miss a payment. I paid the entire month of Feb. and moved our on Feb. 14th. The new tenant, by law, could not move in until March 1, 2025 but she moved in on Feb. 28 as witnessed by the neighbors. In addition, Dan Klein, the owner, was to pay LV change of tenancy fees of $80. Dan Klein and McKay with BPM charged me both the $80 and for the last day of Feb. even though the new tenant moved in on that day. This is all illegal. Nothing new for both McKay at BPM and Dan Klein. They are horrible and will charge you for things that are not even legal to charge you for. NEVER RENT FROM BPM!
