They were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and had great attitudes from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in honest, quality work. I tipped them both for taking their Sunday to do the job, although my Sunday was also compromised. On both days, I initiated a phone call to inquire about the status of our appointment as time was slipping by and the courtesy of a phone call was not extended to me. The next day I made an appointment for duct cleaning at my daughter's house the following Thursday at 9:30 and they DID NOT SHOW UP. No phone call. Just a no show. The day after he left, I was suspicious as to why the AC was still full of dust. I have floor vents. So I went around the house sticking my hand in the floor vents. I was pulling out fistfuls of dust. So much crap was in there. Like they have never been cleaned. This guy is a classic Air Duct scammer. He may pretend to do work for 2 hours, bill you $600, and haul ass out of there. So you can remain in your house breathing in toxic clogged household ductwork AC, and he can haul ass to the next job site to scam the next Franklin NC resident out of their $600 air duct cleaning budget, too.
