Ryan was super kind and professional and the smell in the new rug I had purchased was gone after his careful and thorough cleaning. My older rug looks brand new. The knap had been worn looking and the colors a bit dull and when he unrolled it for me, it looked absolutely sensational. I also have allergies to chemicals and Ryan assured me he would use a chemical free shampoo - and he did! The rug is just perfect and he is someone you can trust implicitly.
