It took him until 5 pm to change it, but he forgot his essential wheel bearing tool the snap ring wrench. So he had to go get it and I had to send him money to get it with! Then he comes back and all I hear is whack! Whack! Whack! Whack! And I'm thinking is that normal? Well he pretty much ran away from the scene. My ABS sensor is broken now and o have no speedometer and I have a hybrid so I need that abs sensor!! I can't believe this guy is in business he must have paid for all his "five star reviews" there's just no way. He completely ghosted me when I asked him to come back and fix the busted sensor. Absolutely do NOT call this guy to break your car!

Finally we got a hold of royal blue rescuers and they came out, evaluated it and came up with a plan to get our UTV out of the water. Thanks to Bruce after about 30 minutes, it was rescued! Not only did he get it out, but then he took it all the way to Tommy's motorsports in Knoxville Tennessee. Way above and beyond anything we could've hoped for! We are very grateful!

We were also told the vehicle had been driven an excessive number of miles since the last visit, which is simply not true. When we questioned this, our concerns were dismissed rather than explained. In the end, the original problem was never fixed, yet we were still expected to pay. We felt misled and rushed off without a resolution. This was a frustrating experience, and we will not be returning. I would not recommend this shop if you're looking for honest communication and proper repairs.

We were allowed to drop the trailer in the driveway and they immediately attacked the problem which was a blown radiator. In the process it was discovered the transmission coolant lines weren't salvageable. Before going home for the night, the owner called to insure we didn't need anything. In the morning, everything was put back together to include coolant lines the owner removed from one of his own vehicles. Who does that? Exceptional service for this day and age. The truck is a 2003 F350 with the 6.0 diesel engine and we were traveling from FL to MI. A wonderful place to break down. We were referred there by the local Ford garage.
