Neither of them was familiar with the current judges and both made serious errors that cost me time and money. The routine would go like this: request a meeting with Bud who would then call in the paralegal or attorney actually handling my case. Abundant promises of immediate action would ensue, but 3 weeks later we'd be in there again because nothing had been followed through with. If you decide to go with this firm, take notes at every meeting and ask the attorney to sign them as far as what they are doing and when. They delayed so long in filing my financials that the judge fined ME $5000 and then FLSD refused to reimburse despite it being their error.

After I paid the $1500 he sent an email asked for $500 more. Matt has a reputation for putting things off. He lied to me for 6 years and never told me that he failed to send in the $25 filing fee until I submitted a complaint with the California State Board. The amount I have lost is now more than $600,000. Matthew is incompetent and rude.
