After many hours on the phone with the claims service getting nowhere fast, I called Geza. Trouble was as a direct result of the accident my tire sidewall was damaged and the tire size was discontinued for the 16.5 " rims on my 4x4 truck. My rims and tires were fine before the accident, all purchased at the same time, all matching, all rotated, critical on 4X4's where they must all match. State Farm was stead fast on offering money based on 5 year old pricing... What the hell right ! I didn't cause the accident. A check dosen't buy something now which is isn't available more over on out dated pricing. Geza, and many other supervisors said yea your right but its not our problem. So with that being said I can't return my vehicle, which had full coverage mind you to pre-accident condition. Good ethics would dictate 4 new rims and tires comparable to what was there. Fair right ? Not with the crooks at State Farm. they want to engage in unfair unethical business practices. Take your business elsewhere cause these dirt merchants care only about the bottom line. Now I am forced to pay for the repairs up front and then take them to court. Way to go for hitting me over the head. Im leaving this here and contacting the New Jersey Division of Banking and Insurance and formally complaining on the grounds of theft of service and failure to return a clients vehicle to pre-accident condition. I never write reviews but I feel I need to warn potential customers about Henry Nace and his…read moreoffice's negligence and borderline scam tactics. I moved to Pennsylvania from another state and needed to either 1) transfer my current State Farm policy to PA or 2) get a new policy with another insurer. I called Henry Nace's office and spoke to Sandra who gave me a quote for transferring my current policy to PA. It seemed a little high so I said I was going to get some more quotes from other agencies and would let her know. They next day she called me back with "great news"--she got the details of my drive, safe, and save record (State farm's phone app that tracts driving) and she could transfer my discount to the PA policy, saving me a good amount of money every month (~$40). Given this information I decided not to shop around and just transfer my state farm policy. Sandra told me I could keep using the transponder (bluetooth thing that connects to drive safe and save app) I had from a previous state even though a new one was coming in the mail. The message I got was just do as you've been doing since this is a policy location transfer and I was good to go...WRONG. Turns out the drive safe and save discount/record cannot be transferred from between states due to PA insurance laws. No one from Henry Nace's office reached out to tell me this, they just charged me more with no explanation. Also apparently I needed to use the new transponder and deleted and redownload the app. No one told me this, they sent me a few texts that were marked as spam by my phone, but I thought I have the app what are they talking about. I ended up losing the entire discount (~$50/month) because I didn't set up the app in time. I reached out to Henry Nace's office many times and they continually refuse to take any accountability for giving me incorrect information. I have explicitly asked for an apology and have not received one, they continually to blame me and deny any wrongdoing. I have filed a complaint with state farm corporate and have switched to another agent in the area. Prior to this I have only had great experiences with state farm so I recommend using another office.
