I have seen a few chiropractors over the years and before being adjusted my Dr. Cox I was getting adjust by our sports medicine doc who also does adjustments. Now that Dr. Cox has started to work on my back and neck I have a lot less pain and headaches, and will not let anyone else adjust me. There are many things I love about Dr. Cox but one of the biggest is that he is gentle in his adjustments and let's you know what he's going to be doing, I have been to other chiropractors who I felt like just pile drove me and then said "don't worry about the soreness or residual pain that's supposed to happen," but Dr Cox isn't like that. I can't say enough good things about him, I look forward to working with him for many years. Update: I have been going to Village Chiropractic Center for over a year and a half now and have been adjusted by all of the doctors there. They are all wonderful. Dr. Cox is still my highest recommendation of any chiropractor I have ever seen. I have considerably less pain now than I had when I first began seeing him. I am able to get adjusted and get therapy about once a month without being in pain, unless I do something I shouldn't that aggravates my back.

Today, my wife received a sketchy call from some third-party company (Transworld Systems Inc) claiming to be calling on behalf of VRX Medical and asking her to reveal Personal Identifying Information. After a little research, it seems that there are tons of complaints about this company on the Better Business Bureau web site. Neither Village Chiropractic or VRX Medical has contacted us about any balance owed. What a horrible way to do business and Village Chiropractic can be sure of one thing: we will never, ever use their services again! Turns out we owed them a co-pay that they failed to collect at the last visit. They had the wrong address recorded for her account--even though they had to make a copy of her drivers license and insurance card. They never called, they claim to have sent 2 invoices to the wrong address, and turned us into collections over $50 because of their failure to properly communicate. What a joke this place is! The symptoms for both are extreme fatigue, muscle soreness... amongst other symptoms; but these were the ones that knocked me off my feet. After 2 weeks of going to Dr. Shim, the fatigue is no longer with me. I feel great, full of energy.
