They guided me through the process of switching insurance companies because it is stressful. After being with my previous insurance company for 10 years, I chose to switch because my home and auto policies increased over $400 annually for the past 3 years. I pleaded with them to lower my costs and they assured me I was getting the best rate. I knew that wasn't true. So I called Rizzo. My new policies combined are $1100 cheaper annually than the other company and I'm getting better coverage. I highly recommend everyone call them. I did everything over the phone and online.
