I remember once, pregnant with my third child and with two toddlers in the backseat, being rear-ended on the Mass Pike by a Dodge Ram Pick-up on a Friday afternoon. Not only did the representative answer their phone right away, they were able to calm me down, walk me through the entire situation and ensure I proceeded in the correct manner to file the appropriate paperwork. The entire process went off without a hitch! I can't imagine my family using anyone else for insurance, but Benevento's. With us through flood, tree damage and mote vehicle accidents, they have always been a trusted resource throughout many difficult situations.

She was extremely helpful in switching our auto insurance and also trying to save us money on our homeowners insurance. As life would have it, only a few months into our new insurance, my wife and I were awoken by the police at 2am. Someone had drunkenly backed down our street and scrapped up the side of one of our cars (along with at least one other on the street). One of our neighbors had seen the entire incident and called the police. The officer took our information and said he'd have a report for us in a few days. When we finally got the police report, almost all the information for the drunk driver and witness was blacked out. I tried dealing with a claim through our insurance, and they were LESS than helpful. Out of frustration I spoke with Amanda about the situation, and she said she'd see what she could do. OH MAN DID SHE GET IT DONE!! Amanda called the police department and asked for the driver's information and insurance company. Their reply? "This is America . . . [they should have their own insurance], you need to protect your belongings." Absolutely despicable (yes, that officer is DEFINITELY getting reported). Through her own time and research, Amanda eventually found out the other driver HAD THE SAME AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY I DID! The insurance company didn't even check their own system for the other guy's insurance. Amanda was cool, calm, and collected through the entire process, and I KNOW I wouldn't have been able to deal with any of this without her. Amanda - you're an all star, and I'm absolutely telling everyone they need to go through you to get their insurance needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

This husband and wife team live and breathe friendliness, and commitment to their customers. I started using them when we leased a car years ago, and have since made the decision to stick with them every year. When I told them I wanted to make sure I was getting the best rate I could, they gave me a bunch of tips to ship around. I later found out that if I made a switch, I would have been forced to go with another agent (because they didn't handle all of the car insurance providers). I refused to switch after that because I wouldn't want to deal with another company. Keep in mind, they didn't mention that once - they were just helpful. Every time I call, they know who I am by name, and they have gone out of their way to make my life easy on a number of occasions in a number of ways. I don't live anywhere near them, I have never been to their office, but I will stay with them as long as they are in business. They have earned my business for life in every way possible. They have never once disappointed. Try having Paula call you honey while she handles a bunch of awful paperwork for you, and you will never go anywhere else again.
