It took about 30 minutes for them to arrive and another 15 to get the lock picked. My issue isn't with the service, but the cost. I was backed into a corner with no other option and felt slightly taken advantage of with the cost ($300). I was never told prior to or during the service what the cost was going to be. There was no opportunity for a payment plan or invoice. They also said I would get a receipt, but I never did.

We had agreed he'd show up at 9:00am, but just prior to that he called to say he was running about 18 minutes late which was a nice touch. He was there in 17 minutes and set to work.
