Unfortunately it can be hormonal but it helps when you have a good skincare routine. Anyways, her studio is really quiet and an oasis. She truly focuses on what is right for your skin type. I personally ended up talking to her the whole time! Some people dont usually like to talk during their treatments which is fine too and I'm sure she will accommodate that. But I love talking to a similar soul and skincare enthusiast. Anyways at the end of the treatment she provided me with some of the samples that she used, which I think is all from Sanitas Skincare. My favorite sample was a toner she used and completely rejunvinated my skin - it was the Beta Clarifying Solution. I highly recommend her! Also, be aware that this is solely her business and she is the only person providing your treatment. Therefore she has a limited schedule, so make sure you book a month or so in advanced! The front desk apologized to client after client when ladies were checking on when they would be seen. My own appointment was 15 minutes late with minimal communication. I didn't ask, but was told I would see someone different than I was booked with, but that ultimately didn't happen. They are very heavy on FOMO sales and the presentation was over the top in my perception. It was made to seem if I didn't purchase certain deals as a first time client, I wouldn't get a great deal in the future. I think a mention is fine, but most people don't appreciate this hard sell approach as well as all the product upsells. The appointment itself was fine and Kristiyona was super fun and friendly. I was disappointed that she missed a couple obvious areas that I paid for. Hopefully next time will be better. I see that there are a lot of issues reported online about their pricing practices. I wish I would have done some research beforehand.
