It's a good place. I come here on Sundays usually. I always walk in with no appointment and they are busy, but I always get right in. The massage chairs are so nice. The chatter is nice and the techs are friendly. I love the pedis I've enjoyed here. I like to go to Spa Foushee, but they are closed Sunday and Monday and book up so fast. This place is the closest to my house, so I went there a few times months back. They're not very engaged, and actually cut me one time. When it came time for the manicure, and they'd ask me if I want shellac, to which I would say, "No thank you." this completely observed any desire to do a good job. My manicures were generally sub-par. Also, they shape your nails with a very rough emory board that leaves the edge of the nail really rough. This leads to early chipping. Sure just planned obsolescence, but annoying. One technician once tried to get me to do shellac because she needed money for her kids. I declined, but had planned to give her a good tip anyway to help her out. She completely lost interest in me and doing a good job. She couldn't get me out of there fast enough. read more

Terrible experience!! I have gotten pink & whites for 8 years and I have never had such a pain experience getting a set removed for a new set. And the tech broke my natural nail so I was bleeding because we was literally prying the nail off. I was so upset I asked him to just buff my nails & be done. There is still acrylic on my nail & they look terrible. Then when I went to pay it was twice as much for the nail removal because I didn't get a full set. When I explained I was upset as the tech had ripped off pieces of my nails & they were bleeding, she didn't care. Plus they charge you an extra $2 for using a debit or credit card. Horrible service.... Went in for a color gel powder (shows the offer on their site) and the lady had no idea what it was. Another person had to explain it to her. They wouldn't sand off my old color so they tried to cover it, putting 10 layers of gel on it to cover the old color causing it to be a big lump. I told her to take it off and just do a dark color. You can still see through it to the old design and there is remnants of the color under my nail, I asked if she could clean it with her tools and she barely even fixed it. I am fairly new to the Littleton area and decided that I would get on yelp and find a quick place close by. One I walked in, my experience was awful. -I was rushed into choosing the colors that I wanted for both my feet and my toes. And kept being told I had to "hurry" even though I was one of four people in the place. -my pedicure lasted a good 25 minutes -when it cam time for my shellac manicure I was told my color was "too light" and HAD to choose another one. -trimmed my nails so short I looked 12. -didn't cover my entire nail with the polish..and the owner was the one doing my nails. Every time I go somewhere else (maybe "fancier" looking places), the wait is longer, the service is not as good, and I don't leave as happy. The price point is great and EVERY TIME, my nails look great. I live in Conifer and work in downtown Denver, so it's not like I don't have a million options between home and work, but Crystal Nails is my favorite. Went to this salon for the first time today. Over all everyone was very nice but I agree with the other reviews, the techs all constantly talk very loud to each other and do not pay attention. There was a few times I had to keep checking my nails bc she stopped and was talking for so long I just wanted to make sure they were still getting done! They did a good job painting my nails but overall I don't think the 'deluxe' pedicure is worth it when they only use the sea salt & hot stones to message you for half a minute. read more

*********WARNING********** Read all of this you are taking a risk at this salon! I visited this location today at approx 4:00pm (MST) I was told to sit at a station and waited on my nail technician while he was outside having a cigarette. Of course my initial opinion was skeptical when I had to sit across from him and smell that. I asked for a shellac manicure. Instead of soaking my nails with some Polish remover first he used a file to scrape it off, it hurt and made my nails very sensitive, I expressed this several times, however he continued. The file he was using was obviously used and I asked for a new one but he insisted it was new. A few minutes later he started sneezing and literally sneezed into his own hands a few times then he grabbed the nail file and when he asked for my hands I pulled away and asked him to wash his hands. He pulled some cuticle cutters out from a random drawer and I noticed they looked dirty so I had him clean them in front of me, he used some alcohol (THAT WAS IT) At this point, I asked for the owner and he told me they were not there. As I sat and let him finish my nails I looked around and noticed another nail technician sitting in her chair without a client using a nail tool (the tool used to push the cuticle and dig under the nail bed) she was using it to either scratch or clean out her ears, it was disgusting. Then I noticed something on the indie middle finger of my own nail technician and to my horror it appeared to be a wart. He was not wearing gloves either, he may have exposed me to any kind of fungus. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I felt obligated to report this to you! I am hoping something can be done so other customers will never have to share my experience. UPDATE: I was so concerned about this unclean, unprofessional salon causing health issues that I contacted DORA. They inspected this establishment a couple months later and they were fined close to $4,000, I was sent copies of the fees assessed and it was all HEALTH related violations. I had Gone there before-and even though it wasn't the best place for padicures and manicures and waxing, it was still a solid place to get that taken care of. I just left from the worst wax experience of my life! They weren't even busy but when I came in they told me the way 2 minutes until the waxing operator was ready. Two white women came in after me, and they hurriedly put them in a pedicure chairs. About 30 seconds later the waxing operator came to me and told me to go to the Room. It was the quickest waxing I have ever had! She completed in less than 2 minutes and s he barely did any work. She didn't even show me a mirror to see what the work she did looked like as she was out of the door before I even got up. I have never had such a piss poor waxing session done but when I came out of the Room she was already over to help that other white woman. It was as if she didn't want that white woman waiting too long so she gave me a piss poor waxing session. She didn't Clean-up much after and they always do a Clean-up after the waxing and I have to say she never showed me what I look like I have to look in a mirror as I was exited the r.oom I will never go to this place again and I suggest if you are non-white to never go to this place again! I was a devoted customer for quite some time, because I had some of the best shellac mani's I've ever had! However, my last experience left me bummed...I haven't been back in 3 months because of it. My mani was started by someone who you could tell was new, which I don't have a problem with at all. The other staff were explaining the process to him. He did a half-decent job! After that, I was passed off to another man (who I think is the manager? Or something?) and he completely re-did everything the other guy had done....so I spent an hour just getting my cuticles done and nails filed. As he was doing it, he gouged a chunk of my thumb and it was bleeding. OUCHHH. He quickly grabbed some random bottle of green stuff (no label) and put it on. Burnt the crap out of my finger. It literally took 3 weeks for it to heal! Yikes. The thing that frustrated me the most was the fact that he blamed me for everything. The shellac on my thumb was bubbly and inconsistent, and he said it was because I didn't have my thumbs in the UV light right? I've had more manis than I can count and this has never been an issue. After that, he didn't talk to me, so when my half-assed manicure was finished he just got up and left. I had to guess that I was finished and that the next step was to go to the front and pay. I'm sad because I had so many great experiences here but don't want to go back out of fear that I'll be with the same man! read more

By the out come I had and my own experience you both and your company aren't welcome. Even after the pandemic it's still dirty and the procedures are cheap and CYA mode. I didn't schedule an appointment, I walked in around noon and got in right away (which I was surprised it was pretty busy).The establishment appeared clean and updated.The one thing that did bother me was the $2.00 additional charge for using debit. I paid in cash, so my total came out to $32.00 for removal of old shellac, manicure & new shellac. I went to Crystal Nail yesterday, April 29th, with my mom. We both received shellac manicures from two different nail technicians and both manicures are horrible and clearly rushed. The technician doing my nails did not evenly apply a top coat so the surfaces are very uneven. The polish goes clear up past my cuticle and onto my skin which will make the manicure last maybe a few days. I will not return. read more
