This place is a pretty simple garden place where you can buy houseplants and larger plants for your garden. There really isn't much to see here, and it is a seasonal shop that is all outside, at the end of the colonial promenade shopping center. The Good: Lots to see:There is a nice variety of plants here, including large leafy plants that are essential for any walkway and nice simple ferns. Cheap Prices: Since this place is seasonal, they tend to sell things a lot cheaper then their competitors, just because, very literally, everything must go!! The Bad: Where is it?: This place is at the dead end of the Colonial Promenade shopping center. I am an Ex-Customer that just experienced the rudest over talking unkind never wrong wont listen loud mouth I've EVER heard ... lets start with that. And the lawn is described as the following: 1) grass blades are turning brown with disease setting in from perhaps DULL BLADES; 2) bald spots in lawn (perhaps from mower tires spinning from bad turns making poor traction against lawn. ) I called to report my finding and to request a push mowing and to make sure the blades are sharp. Instead I received the above mentioned defensive barrage of lip service similar to an "angry unsettled teenager" it's a wonder they are still in business. read more

Maintenance and new landscaping. Lousy maintenance. Left piles of leaves on both sides of house. Left rear yard grass uncut for weeks and when asked said gate locked but never rang front door to be let or emailed or called. Had new landscaping done by them and they damaged irrigation heads by covering up and clogging. They took over irrigation maintenance knowing we had a Rachio system. However, they did not ask for almost two weeks about controlling the Rachio. They then write us to ask for access to app and controller with someone to meet them physically at property--no idea how to use. When we asked to replace dead landscaping they had a lawyer write me and threaten criminal if I wrote review and then lien my property. STAY AWAY. read more

Honest Feedback - We're still keeping the service but are being super critical and will find someone else if they don't improve... If you absolutely have to use this company because of the lack of options in Celebration, be prepared to constantly manage the lack of quality and care. Everyone on our street that uses them complains about their quality and have to constantly call the office to deal with issues. It's really unfortunate that we don't have better landscaping options in Celebration. I saw a review before we signed on with Justin's that said "They do quantity not quality...", and boy were they right! This company is anything but superior. We've used them for a while and quickly realized that they don't actually care about "superior" landscaping, professional behavior or customer service. Their workers spend less than 10 minutes on our property when they arrive (I actually timed them!), and do a less than mediocre job. They leave piles of leaves behind our bushes and next door on our neighbors properties (If you see them working, pay attention, you'll notice that they never actually blow and pick up after themselves or the fallen tree leaves). They spend more time smoking than doing work and continue to use profanity regardless of children being around or walking by. We've been approached more than once by people asking us to "speak with our landscapers about the swearing and smoking" - It's embarrassing and will have to be careful when our grandchildren visit. ---- May be simple in my mind, but here are some recommendations ---- Customer Service: - Call and actually check in with your customers proactively - See if they're happy with the quality of the work - ask how you can improve and show that you care. - Actually pick up and respond when a customer does contact you with issues (Find a way to remedy the issue and not just pass it on to the workers in a way that make the workers resent the customer - IT'S NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS FAULT AND THEY SHOULDN'T BE MADE TO FEEL LIKE THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY WANT A GOOD JOB DONE AND PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR). - One of the managers once told me that our neighbor a few doors down is "a complainer and they only have one or two more "chances""... what does that mean? they'll terminate the client contract? Do an even worse job? Leave extra cigarette filters in front of their house?... Employee Training and expectations: - Tell your workers not to swear on the job (Especially around children) - Tell your workers to actually do a considerate/quality job for people that spend their hard earned money on your services and indirectly pay their wage. - Smoking shouldn't be done on your customers properties, while riding around on the mower, or hanging out on their street. - Tell them to not leave cigarette wrappers and used filters on the street Work Product: - Re-evaluate your prices if you can't actually afford to spend the proper amount of time to do a decent job. - Do a site check after your workers leave from time to time... See if the quality "passes" for superior to your expectations and what you would want future customers to see. The Justin's houses have leaves, dry grass, and look like the home owners manage their own property... It doesn't look like a "professional" landscaping company keeps it up... If we don't see an improvement in the next couple weeks, we're going to have to fire Justin's and hopefully find another company... read more

High: Knowledge, service, and quality. I've purchased a Eureka lemon bush (I have visions of making homemade Limoncello - see my review of Lee's Liquors for a cool Limoncello story there), Mexican Heather, very high quality potting soil, and other plants for landscaping. Every time I go, I feel like I'm talking to very qualified folks that know a LOT about plants and landscaping. I always get good advice about how to get the most out of my plants. And while Home Depot is good for basics, they have a nice range of interesting plants that are very well cared for and will probably be healthier when planted. Low: I can't decide if they want to be a real Garden Center or just figured, "hey, we've got a bunch of plants and nothing better to do, so why not?" Its amazing that they have really high quality plants, knowledgeable staff, but look more like a plant stand that a true "Garden Center". Overall: I wish they would commit a little more to being a full-service Garden Center. In the last 12 months, I've put in a small fountain, a patio tree and a number of shrubs that I had to buy elsewhere. I would have been happy to purchase from them, but I need more than just a random selection to choose from. And I didn't go to Home Depot either (they're too cheap and poor quality when it comes to getting the larger landscaping things). Instead I had to drive to Apenberry's in College Park. Unless Justin can step up a little more, I will likely have no choice but to keep passing him on my way to College Park. read more

Justin's Superior Lawn Care crew have been taking care of our lawn in Celebration since 2010. They are neat and considerate of our property. They do thorough work and if there is something extra that needs to be done they perform it quickly to my satisfaction.
