Justine and John caught our wedding day beautifully. They are professional but still very fun, able to catch all the moments. they have great ideas, work very well together, and results are wonderful. They also ask for what you want, because it is your day, and let you know what you may want to add. If you are able to use Justine, you should definitely do it. I have looked at my friends' wedding albums, and are constantly comparing them to mine, and find that the photography exceeds all other work. read more

I am so happy I chose Justpix to photograph our wedding! About a year before our wedding, I saw her in action when she photographed my sister-n-law's wedding. I thought she was very nice and very professional, and my sister-n-law's photos turned out great! So when it came time to get my own wedding photographer, I knew Justpix would be a great choice. Justine was awesome, always available throughout the whole process to answer any questions I had before the wedding with a prompt response. She was very easy to work with and made us feel at ease with being photographed. I liked that she gave us direction on how to look our best in the pics-how to stand, where to stand, where to hold my bouquet, whether to put my chin up or down, etc. She really cared that we looked our best in the photos. A year ago when I first started planning my wedding I was on the hunt for a photographer. I wanted someone who would make me feel comfortable and someone whom I could trust. I had met with another photographer before I had met with Justine. There was no chemistry there and I knew I had to keep searching. Like previous posters have said, as soon as I talked to Justine on the phone, I knew she was the gal for the job. On my way over to meet her the first time I was talking to my friend on the phone and I told her I really hoped that Justine would be our photographer because I had liked her so much over the phone. After our initial meeting, it was clear to Mike and I that she would be the one to take our photos for the wedding. Justine is so responsive I almost felt bad e-mailing her late hours because shortly after I would always have a reply. Her customer service though my whole process was fantastic. I never had to wonder when she would get back to me or if she had read my e-mail. She was always one step ahead. With all of the experience that Justine comes with it was easy for me to let go of control and let her do her thing. Beeee careful with this photographer. My review is not of her photography because I didn't recruit her services as she was out of my budget. I thought her photography to be very pretty but boy did I regret contacting her. When I found that her packages were over my admittedly modest budget and declined her services, she sent me incredibly offenseive emails explaining why my budget was far too low and that her clients have "discerning" taste. I felt completely demeaned and stressed out. She was angry that I didn't tell her my budget upfront but all I wanted was her pricing and I learned that any time you give a budget, they always wedding vendors always seeem to push it. And after days of email exchanges and a very long phone call, she still didn't disclose her pricing. It was only once I saw a document that she that said, "we are not your $999" studio that I realized that she was likely not what we were looking for. When I emailed her to inform her that we could not recruit her services, a chain of unpleasant emails ensued, stating that I was not upfront with her and I could've saved her a lot of time. It's never fun feeling like a waste of time and hearing it wasn't any better. So ladies and gents, if you are going to inquire, be sure to give her the bottom line and demand hers. read more

I was referred to justpix.inc by a friend in the fall of 2010 when I got engaged and was looking for a photographer to take our engagement pictures. After a lengthy phone conversation with Justine, I knew that justpix,inc. was the one! Justine showed so much interest and excitement; it was exactly the personality I wanted in a photographer. We ended up doing our engagement session in September of 2010 and we were 110% satisfied with every single one of them. This past fall a good friend of mine asked for my photographer's contact information after seeing the work she has done for me. She wanted to get family photos taken. My friend ended up booking a session with Justipix and was so happy with the results. Not only were the photos amazing, she loved working with Justine, she said she was so fun, outgoing and creative, it was an awesome photo shoot! Yesterday my daughter was back in the studio for her 6 mo. pictures. Let me say that I orgianally had her pictures taken at JCP, to save money but it was a disaster. I was not pleased at all with the photos or the employees, who are definatley not photographers. They are clearly just doing a job and did a poor job at that. I was so upset that I reached out to Justine to vent about my horrible experience. I wanted to create holiday cards with the pictures but they were horrible, I didn't even order images of my daughter in her Christmas Dress. Justine quickly got back to me saying she would be happy to take some shots of her in her dress and we scheduled something the following week. As always, I was thrilled with the results and now I know why I utalize her for my pictures. It's all about the quality and they have it. Justine worked out a fair, reasonable price with me as well. I can say that I tried to take the "cheaper" route and in the end I ended up paying more because I wasn't happy with JCP. I should have stuck with what I know and went to Justipix in the first place. I would give Justine of Justpix Inc. higher than 5 stars if I could! She took our engagement photos, my boudoir photos, AND our wedding photos. We first met Justine when she photographed our daughter's wedding last year. We knew after meeting her and seeing her amazing photos that we HAD to have her photograph our wedding. When you work with Justine you not only get a professional photographer, you also get a friendly advisor for your wedding! She walked us through everything we needed to know ahead of time.
