I'm so happy we chose DeAnda Photography for our family photos. In our introductory talk we discussed the style of photos I was interested in and chose a good location to meet. Carol was early to the shoot (a good sign in my book) and she was so engaging, and she immediately connected with my 3 year old daughter. It's obvious Carol is great with kids and that makes family photos shine-- while a lot of personal snaps I take have my kid making faces or doing silly poses, in Carol's photos my kid looks like a child model. In an hour's shoot we ended up with about 100 prints and they're all fabulous. On top of that, Carol promised a two week turnaround on the digital gallery-- and then turned them around in only a few days! The search for a photographer was one of the most stressful parts of our wedding planning process. So many variables to think about, so many choices from which to pick. But I can honestly say that we could not have possibly selected a better photographer than Carol. From the moment we met up with her at Starbucks for our consultation, we just felt instant good vibes. She seemed to genuinely care about us as people, not just as clients. She made sure to get to know us and I feel that she so accurately and beautifully captured our personalities in our wedding photos.
