Called a week ago and they were extremely busy and had me make an appointment for a week out. No problem, told them the check engine light was on and the codes were coming back with something to do with the turbo. Roger said bring it in and we'll take a look at it. Well the day finally came (yesterday) and I dropped my truck off at 9 AM. Got a call around 2 PM with what the issue is (turbo actuator). Roger said they could get the part in tonight or tomorrow and get it fixed by tomorrow. Which worked perfectly with my schedule so that was great. I was told a price which was really reasonable for the work that was being done and the factory part. Roger called around 1 PM today and told me that was the fix, and my truck is ready for pick up. I will tell you what is awesome about this place: No BS! Absolutely to the point, Roger is a great guy and knows his stuff. Timeline for repair is quick! At least mine was. Great communicators - called to follow up with is excellent. Seems like a family business. Roger had his kids there and it was nice to see a family run business in Norco.
