So when I take a chance on a new place I always have this ready feeling and try and not over expect anything . I took them my 2006 for a trans rebuild thinking it was done and needed to be re done ..they call me up and say it's not your trans just a shifter cable and the trans is confused on pressures. I asked them please fix it and do what ever it takes . When I went to go pick it up it was such a minor fix for them they wouldn't even take my money . They could have easily got me for thousands but they didn't . Very rare when a shop or people offering a service will surprise me so I would definitely recommend this place .

Less than 2000 miles after the repair of the seal all fluid leaked from the transfer case causing loss of gears while driving on a an interstate at 70 mph. This is a case of you get what you pay for. Low cost price= low quality product Transmart's warranty is only as good as a handshake deal. If the part fails don't expect a matching response for the amount of money that you have invested. You will lose money in this deal. Buyer beware

I went to a mechanic that showed me that the axles were not placed in right the bolts were not tightened properly my transmission is working but regardless that does not make the full job properly completed. This is the second vehicle we take their everyone could make a mistake but this is the second time now. We had taken in an Astro van which they rebuilt or transmission but the reverse still did not work regardless we do not give them a hard time on that. I'm really blessed to be alive.

I was recommended to him as being the best mechanic and quoting good prices. When I took my car to him, he told me I needed a whole transmission kept my car for almost a month and a half. (This was in March of 2021). I was told my car would be ready in a week and a half and it went to more time. After not hearing from them, I called and asked if my car was still in service, they said it was ready (keep in mind I was never called with or was notified of this so who knows how long they had in the shop ready). I started experiencing problems with my car again this month and well Mr. Lopez said I had a one year warranty if there was any problems. I call his shop and was told he is no longer in business. This is some BOGUS! The new guy there Frank told me he does the same type of work and would check my car at no charge. He told me they did not do something right and that he would need to redo the transmission again. FML! I sure wonder where ever Mr. Arturo Lopez is if he is able to sleep at night knowing the lies and word he gives about his services knowing he does not have a word.
