The first time, they replaced a spark plug, costing me about $200. Two weeks later, the light returned. This time a $687 repair for a completely different issue. Less than two weeks after that, the light came on again. On my third visit, even though their posted opening time is 9 a.m., the technician, Randy, didn't actually show up until after 9:08. He was rude, didn't greet me, and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any apology or empathy. He handed me a paper with another new code and quoted labor costs of $160, with no parts even required. Despite their supposed warranty, I've had to return repeatedly. Each time, a new code, a new cost, and dismissive treatment. Randy even remarked that my car is old and implied I should expect ongoing issues. Yet this doesn't excuse poor service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't recommend this shop to anyone looking for accountability or respect.

The day after picking up the vehicle, I noticed additional issues that were not present before the work was performed. Now I'm back home, the vehicle has been driven less than 9,000 miles since the repairs, and the same problems still exist. The check engine light remains on, and the code showing is related to work that was performed by this shop. I understand businesses have warranties, but hiding behind a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty when the original issue was never fixed is extremely disappointing. I should not have to pay additional diagnostic fees for a problem I already paid thousands of dollars to have repaired. After spending nearly $6,000 and ending up with the same issue I came in with, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this business.
