I made a $3,500 deposit at the end of September 2025 and was told they would be 4 - 6 weeks out to begin the project, and would be completed in 1 - 2 weeks. As of today, March 20, 2026 I have fence posts with mounds of soil beside them (posts were installed on January 5th) and an owner who is ignoring my text and voice mail messages. Since the time of my initial deposit it had been a steady stream of excuses as to why they were so delayed; her last acknowledgement to my text/voice mail messages was February 3rd. In that response she said that delays such as this were not abnormal in the construction field, nearly six months to complete a fence is not normal. Adding insult to injury, my sister also gave them a $1,800 deposit in early November 2025 and has nothing to show for it. I requested refunds for us both earlier this year, and was told that no refunds are given once ground has been broken ... I am now out approximately $3,000, and my sister's refund has yet to appear nearly two months since the request. We chose this company based on the fence they constructed next door to me, and the owner's satisfaction with their fence. Clearly we made a mistake. We both now have to go with another company, which will cost us more due to being taken for our deposits. Truly a bad experience for two women who recently moved to the Cleveland area.

They started to set the posts on June 18, 2025 and took several days to only complete 77 ft of fence. They say they will complete the job the next day and they never show up because they are on another by job site. I've had several conversations by phone and text and I am still waiting on 7 ft to be completed. I highly recommend you go hire someone else who can do the work at a much lower cost if you get a few estimates and most importantly someone who can finish the job in a timely manner. Worst experience ever!! The 106 feet of remaining fence I had someone else complete one worker in 3 days and provided high quality work at a much lower cost. The business owner of course will try and protect her reputation and lie, but I paid for 84 ft of fence and I told her that I would pay for the two extra posts and cement and labor. She is upset that I went with someone else to do the extra 106 ft fence. I can hire anyone I want to do any kind of work I want. She said I should have waited for her to finish the job before the other fence person should have stared working on the 106 ft. Two and a half months later First Fence not finished. She told me it was not worth her coming back out to finish And if she did she has to charge me $1,500 to come back out. No one will pay that amount to finish the 7 ft of fence left unfinished. By the way I took care of that on my own.
