The staff were SO amazing and attentive and customer printed 10/10. I was at the tail end of a vacation back home, so the brain power didn't hold anyone's names, unfortunately... but well done, yall! This place do not sterilize their implants. They reuse dirty implants by placing them in new bag to show that it is new and clean. It sicking that they still do pedicures like that. I know because I work there a few weeks. And the lady that own the place take 20% of all her worker. That is so dam wrong. This place maybe low price but lady you pay to get fungus nails there. read more

My daughter and I get waxed here regularly. We went a few days ago and the lady who waxed my daughter put rubbing alcohol on my daughter's lip after she waxed her. I'm not one to normally give a bad review but the customer service in here was definitely lacking! First of all, I went in for a quick polish change only & my daughter a simple manicure. After an hour we were still there. The lady doing my nails had an attitude the entire time and I watched her roll her eyes at me for accidentally touching a tiny side of my nail, mind you I never even mentioned it to her or asked her to fix which all she did was paint another coat over it(that took no effort) but she was mad about it. Then she had the nerve to roll her eyes at my daughter for no reason what so ever. I also witnessed another tech get snarky with another patron for absolutely no reason at all. I still left a tip because that's who I am but I promise to never step foot back in this facility & will tell everyone I know about the rudeness I witnessed today. read more

I was getting my oil changed at Tomball Honda and decided to go next-door to get a much-needed pedicure. The ladies were friendly, the salon was very clean, and they took care of me right away. I asked the nail tech to spend a little extra time working on my rough heels. She did such a great job! My feel haven't been this smooth in years! She took her time trimming off dead skin & cuticles, filing my toes nails, and making my feet look beautiful! I felt so pampered! This is my second time coming here. The first time was amazing. I got shellac both times. Today I came in with my friend, today is her birthday. She was getting her toes done and I was getting my nails. I asked if we could sit together because of course we came together for her birthday. They were super rude about it but they made it happen, which I was happy about. The lady who started doing my nails was really tough, didn't talk to me the whole time. She made me bleed twice and did a horrible job on my nails. You can see the stroke marks on my nails. I should have said something while I was in there but I just wanted to leave. I love coming here to get my nails done! They are so kind here and do a great job on manicures (acrylics and all) and pedicures. Sometimes they get busy and you have to wait, but isn't that all nail places? Doesn't bother me. I usually get my nails done when I can relax and don't have to rush. They will listen to what you want so don't be afraid to speak up. After all, part of having a good nail experience is your communication too. No one can read your mind. :) read more

Then I called to make an appointment with him and was told he moved back to Viet Nam. He had given me his cell phone number so when I found it again I called him. He is NOT in Viet Nam and will make an appointment to service you at another location with advance notice. Like the work they do. Amazing selection of colors for solar, shellac, and polish. Not worth the hassle from what I've noticed to make an appointment because you still won't be seen right away. Not the shop to go to if you're in a hurry (unless during the week when they're not busy) but a place for quality work. They even gave me a $10 gift card once for my next visit when they did happen to take a really long time. They are all really nice and will remember you on your next visit. read more

I came here for a basic manicure (pretty damaged due to biting) and to fix my sister's nails - left the place very content and satisfied. This is now our go-to spot! I went to get a refill today for my nails Hannah did my refill she cut too close to my cuticle and made it bleed she didn't even say she was sorry. I was very mad that she was that careless. It was cold this morning and they had no heat on it said on there thermostat it was 63 degrees she asked why are your hands so cold I said because it's cold in here. I came in early this afternoon to have my vacation nails taken off and to have them polish my nails. As I walked in, there was no greeting and the receptionist was just sitting behind the counter on his personal phone. As Joe (I think his name was) was taking off my set, he was very rough and seemed like he had NO IDEA what he was doing. It was very uncomfortable and he was very distracted with the other workers while he had NOT said ONE WORD to me. Being that he was so distracted, he had made me bleed on one finger and with barely any apology and almost made me bleed on another. After that, he just got up and switched jobs with another girl (who was busy helping another customer), she was more delicate and nicer than the other workers, but she also made me bleed on a different finger!! After she finished shaping my nails, she went back to her original customer and the guy came back to polish my nails ( I was like "oh no, god please help me!!") As expected, my nails came out ugly with 2 bleeding spots! I am surprised that this place has this many good reviews!! I WILL NEVER come back to this poor, unfriendly and uncomfortable place ever again!! read more

I spent almost $300 last Friday for a bridal party. While the attendants at salon were nice during our visit, Almost, all girls and me had chip sin nails before Friday rehearsal, some before we even left. I took my daughter here for a "girls day out" for manicures and pedicures. This was my third time getting a mani/pedi at JV Nail Spa and I must say each visit has been consistently pleasant. The establishment is kept very clean and I am always greeting immediately and offered something to drink. My daughter and I were able to sit next to one another and visit while we received our manicures and pedicures. I love my nails after each visit and they seem to last a long time. They do try to upsell you, so make sure you know what you want before visiting. They offer all kinds of services and we plan on going back to get our eyebrows done. I highly recommend this salon as they do wonderful work for a decent price. read more
