I've been coming here for years and have spent thousands of dollars because it was always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, ever since new management took over, things just haven't been the same. The atmosphere feels different, the quality has gone downhill, and that welcoming spirit the old owners had is gone. On my last visit, I went with my son. He got a manicure and pedicure, and I had a fill and pedicure. I tipped generously, as I always do. But as we were leaving -- literally as we were pulling out of the parking lot -- one of the employees ran outside, knocked on my car window, and said they "forgot to charge" me $15. I immediately paid it, but honestly, it left a sour taste in my mouth. After all the years of loyalty and the money I've spent here, that moment felt unprofessional and disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how you treat your customers matters. Sadly, I think it's time for me to find a new salon -- one that values people the way this one used to.

I truly do not like anything besides using my real nails since I can not get used to long nails and the damage it causes my nails to get longer nails takes months to recover from it, that's just me. The color polish chips easily and fast with daily house chores and at work constantly typing, they don't last. This time she did gel clear polish, my nails look pretty and natural with a shine to them. I can never keep my nails long enough either but Ana was able to get my nail shape beautifully, clean up my cuticle, and the massage was heavenly! For my pedicure, Tina was amazing! She took her time, removed calluses and shaped my toe nails beautifully. I do not like long toe nails, the shorter the better. She filed them down and cleaned my toe nails cuticles beautifully. Her massage, she really has amazing hands. My lower legs were definitely taken care of. My son and husband joined me for Valentine's Day, they enjoyed their pedicures! The hubby said he almost fell asleep with the amazing foot massage, paraffin wax, and hot stone massage. Our son is autistic and they definitely went the extra mile to get him comfortable with the pedicure. If he was not ok with it they stoped to get him comfortable. A few things like the paraffin wax, he did not like and they let him feel it first to see if it was something he would enjoy but he was not feeling it. Had a nail "emergency" and really needed to get a Gel-X removal done. Due to timing and location, I…read morecouldn't get in with my usual nail tech. PROS: The employees are so sweet, and this salon was very accommodating when I came to see if they had any walk-in availability. CONS: They definitely didn't properly remove my Gel-X set. I made sure to ask at the front desk first if they could do it at all, and the receptionist confirmed that they could. But long after I left the salon, I noticed I still had a lot of Gel-X residue on, and several have peeled off and damaged my nails in the process. I personally couldn't tell while I was still at the salon, or else I would have informed my tech at the time.
