When arriving to our new home, I taped up a visible sign labeling each room so the guys knew exactly where to put everything! For the bigger/oddly shaped items that we couldn't label, we made sure to be around to tell them where to put it. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. Their prices are extremely reasonable and more competitive than other local companies in the valley. They also offer a law-enforcement discount, which is awesome. I got a call and an email a couple days before my scheduled move for confirmation, and everything went so smooth. I can't say enough praises about my entire experience!! Renée and her other two guys showed up right up about 720, when they gave me a window between 7 and 730 which was perfect. The person on the phone made me go through the entire booking process from scratch, even though I explained it was already on file.
