For the past decades I've lived in the Valley we've always used Two Men and A Truck when we move and they do a perfectly fine job. This month we needed someone to do a crosstown move for our son. Two Men's quote was extremely high so I researched a bit and found the stellar reviews of Just-In Time Moving. Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation. I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I've used Just-In Time Movers twice now and have had great experiences both times. They're reliable, efficient, and clearly know what they're doing. I originally found them when I needed to move a piano and quickly realized that, based on the quotes I was getting, it was almost as expensive to move just the piano as it was to move the whole house. Thankfully they handled it with no problem. Both moves were smooth, the crew worked quickly, and everything was handled with care. Moving is stressful enough, so it's always a relief when the team you hire is organized and professional. I moved from Flagstaff, AZ to Phoenix, AZ from a two bedroom apartment to a condo. The movers started at 8:55, finished loading at 10:00. Started unloading at 1:13 and finished unloading at 2:30. Everyone was really pleasant and friendly, even though they unloaded in 110 degree heat. Our total also ended up being less than the quote we originally received. Great business!! read more

Worst move I've ever experienced. Rude workers. Standing around. Swearing. Left a room full of belongings behind. Company sent a second crew to get remaining items and they left stuff behind as well. Most importantly an expensive marble table top. When I asked them to take responsibility their manager basically told me to F off. Absolutely not worth the extremely high prices they charge. And their communication through the entire process was top notch. We hired them to move our remaining furniture and several prepacked boxes from Scottsdale to Denver. They brought a 26' truck, plenty of room for all of our furniture from our 3 bedroom home. We reserved a 20' storage unit for all of that stuff, and we have another 26' storage unit in case of overflow. I could not believe how efficiently they put everything in the 20' unit. It all fit! clear to the door but it is all in there! UPDATE: While the guys were great and got us moved in 1 trip, they damaged both our refridgerator and a 65" TV. The fridge is just a dent, but the TV is rendered useless as the imaging is completely destroyed, won't render anything on the screen other than fuzz/distorted images. I would suggest paying the heaviest additional insurance/coverage if you're going to use them as their default coverage is ridiculous (which is sort of aggravating when I already paid $2K+ for the service to move 10 miles). They offered me $39 to replace my TV. Absurd. Might be a rare occurrence for the company to damage property, but I won't use again based on this. Mike and his guys were phenomenal helping us complete our move. They fit our entire 2200sq ft house in a single trip after an impressive game of Tetris. Not only were they professionals but given we spent a whole day together they were fun to chat with as we worked thru the move. Very friendly and fun to work with. They put everything exactly where we wanted it in our new house, and moved things around as we got all furniture in and situated. 10/10 - these guys are the best. Just in Time moved my aunt & uncle from a house in Tucson to an assisted living, 1 bedroom apartment in Scottsdale. They loaded, unloaded, disassembled and reassembled furniture, moved clothing, art, dishes and more. Then, when we needed a smaller bed, they made 1 stop to pick up the new mattress and a second to remove the old bed, mattress and box spring. They even offered to dispose of the old mattress and donate the bed frame! They assembled the new bed frame and put the new mattress on it. Everyone was professional and polite. I needed a sofa, loveseat and two large storage ottomans transferred to my house from the sellers home. Gina at the office of Just-In time Moving and Storage, answered my questions, set up a convenient day/time and took my deposit over the phone. I was told to expect two of their men and a moving truck. On my scheduled date three men arrived with shrink wrap and moving blankets ready to go. The move was completed in 45 mins. Hunter, Max, and Jessie were excellent. They were efficient, kind, and careful with our many pieces of very fragile, antique furniture. They didn't damage any of our items and didn't scrape any of our walls. They ensured all of the fragile items were securely packed and transported, which even included removing a dresser mirror during transport that I didn't realize could be removed. We had 2 stops with some transfer of different items, and all went smoothly. We've used this company a few times and would do so again. This may be the best crew we've had so far. Our experience with JIT was nearly flawless. They sent a crew of 6 and 2 trucks at 7 AM in Phoenix and had our move to Payson complete by 1 PM. That was for a 3 bedroom house with us doing the packing ahead of time. We were amazed. The only hiccup is that we are finding some boxes in the wrong rooms, but not a big deal over all.
