The small shop Is also attended by a friendly father (also a jewellery technician ) and daughter (sales) duo. Original modern and traditional designs : rings bracelets and necklaces with quality gemstones are on display. I wanted my other heirloom pieces either repaired or redesigned here but hesitated as a result of this incident and the "head"jeweller's extraordinary lack of empathy. As a new client I do not feel I received the same standard of care as perhaps a better known , older client would have under these circumstances. And that's a pity .
