The leather is mismatched and the recliner electric mechanism is faulty. Dodd's has one customer service person "Tina" who looks after the whole island and has 600 complaints that she cannot get to. I've been waiting 6 MONTHS to have my problem resolved (couch arrived July 29, 2022). They never let you talk to Tina as she is always in a meeting. "just email her". But she never emails you back. They hired one person "cole" who they have since "reshuffled staff" and he is now gone. He at least got the couch looked at by service to confirm it is a manufacturing issue. Now he is gone so I am in Tina's never ending waiting room. I would NEVER buy an expensive product from this distributor again. Go to Urban Barn. They are lovely!
