They trusted his advice and purchased a mattress for over $6,000, believing his assurances that he would make sure they were "100% satisfied" and that if there were any issues, he would make it right. Within just a couple of weeks, they realized the mattress was far too soft and uncomfortable. They went back to speak with John multiple times, but instead of offering any meaningful solution, he told them to "keep sleeping on it" and that their bodies would adjust. Months later, their back pain has only gotten worse. Now, he is refusing to stand by his word and has told them it's a "final sale." BUYER BEWARE! Despite the "30 night sleep guarantee", the actual return policy is 50% of your purchase is taken as a "restocking fee", so you can return, but they will only give you 1/2 your money back, or 20% "restocking fee" and the remainder is a store credit. And after dealing with the owner, I would rather stick a hot poker in my eye than step foot in that store every again. The only way you find out about the "store credit only" is AFTER you buy and it says on your invoice. So it's already too late. Nor does it state the "return policy" anywhere on their web site. Be very very sure you want what you are buying from them. Ask very specific questions to the sales person helping you, otherwise you are going to take a very large financial hit if you are not happy with their product. Ordered a Bedroom Suite and a couple of weeks later I ordered a Custom built desk. When the bedroom suite arrived the dresser had a few minor scratches on 4 of the drawers. The delivery guy said this was not acceptable and that they would order new drawer faces. A couple of weeks later the desk arrived, in perfect condition and instead of the drawer faces they delivered a whole new dresser. Very impressed.
