We furnished part of our condo with their furniture as they carry some of our favourite brands, mostly made in Canada or US. Since then Grafus has become our go to store to get the best in terms of quality and comfortability. They also offer very competitive prices. From that initial phone call, through the consultation, the ordering, and the delivery, every aspect of this journey was top-notch (even given the challenges of supply chain issues these days). The designer I worked with, Kevin, was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to deal with (as was every member of their team throughout the process). And every step of the way I was increasingly confident I had made the right decision in trusting them with the design and creation of my new couch.
