So, we decided to get our truck and air conditioner checked out at this shop. We didn't have an appointment and they were really busy that day, but they still made time for us and checked our truck. They checked everything and it turned out that all we needed was a new radiator cap because it had a small crack. The owner and all his employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. They were also very reasonably priced. If we are ever in Oklahoma and need to get our truck checked out again, we would definitely go back to their shop! We highly recommend them!

I googled and found Bales auto and called, mainly hoping to find a place to leave the car as we drive to pick them up. The owner Bud Baled answered and drove to the gas station they had stopped at which was just 2 minutes away. Even though he was supposed to close at 6, he had them drive to shop, diagnosed the issue ( failed water pump ) searched for part and agreed to drive to neighboring town, get part, install it and have them on their way. Wow. True to his word he had them back on their way road by 8:30pm and they arrived at 12:30am. He even followed up with a text to make sure. That is unheard of these days. The luck of breaking down right there before getting on the turnpike (which has little help or cell signal) is a God thing. Super appreciated and took some stress off of us.

When I first started getting my oil changes I would schedule an appointment for after work and sit there and wait. I love how they now have pick up and delivery within a certain mile radius, I work in town and they come and pick up the bronco, service it and bring it back without any problems! Logan at Oklahoma Diesel repair center met me at 7;30 AM to fix a wheel that came off while…read moretraveling down I-40 near Warner. Trailer was towed to a yard in Muskogee. Axel was welded and repaired in about 24 hours and got us back on the road. Mechanic drove to Tulsa for parts and wheel hub was then rebuilt due to new axel not available for my 20 foot carge trailer. These guys worked me in to get me back on the road and put in the long hours. I was very grateful. I was traveling from Las Vegas to Greenville, SC and pulling the trailer with a ford 150 Truck. I got lucky to find this repair center that was capabile of fabricating a fix for my axel. Thanks again! John H
