When I got my car out of the shop on my way home it started to overheat, looked under the hood and found these little guys not connected at all , which lets the fans turn on when needed , to cool my car. This seems very sketchy like they want you to bring it back if you know nothing about cars. Only one mechanic working so very slow on work , would recommend somewhere else for expensive long jobs if you want your vehicle back asap, and horrible customer communication. read more

Or fifth wheel Leaf spring frame broke. Zachary drove an hour to come and rescue us. He knows his stuff. He offered options and told us the best one in his opinion and what to do from there. He couldn't fix it as well as he wanted to within the time frame we had, but he came out and welded the broken metal piece back together. My girlfriend and I were stranded on our road trip 80 miles outside of Oklahoma City on a Sunday at 5am. Jason from JZ picked up the phone, drove out to our location, assessed the problem with our engine, switched out the alternator with a new one, and we were off. But something was wrong. When we found out the part he bought for us from O'Reilly was faulty a few miles later (a rare occurrence), Jason got us another, better alternator for FREE. These guys are as honest as they come.
