We have 2008 Jeep 4 door Wrangler and never any major issues, so no surprise when spouse purchased the new 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport. Though since purchase have a many issues from what other Jeep gladiator owners call the "Death shake" then took his vehicle to Walmart after warranty ran out to have oil changed and all was fine until driving on interstate and notice going up even small inclines had gas petal to the floor. So we had taken our 2008 to Ken's Garage so decided why give the dealership repair money when Ken's Garage has been honest and affordable and the customer service is just down right friendly. Then Ken's wife calls and states Ken has not done to much work on the new Jeep trucks and wanted to see if we felt better sending it to a Jeep dealership. Well message the man at work asked what I thought and stated Ken's and all his employees and even their furry baby that made me a Veteran so relaxed and for that's saying something because never leave home due to my PTSD but felt like going home at the garage. Called Jen back and Ken answered and stated don't care how long it takes we trust you explicitly to fix the Jeep especially calling to say Ken felt better losing the job than making(at the time none new what the price would end up being)substantial amount of money, though it was those very qualities that sealed the deal. Finally, we drove my Tahoe with trailer to drop some items at recycle plant in Checotah and when we pulled into Ken's Garage to pick up Jeep trailer had a flat so said pay for the repairs and see how much to fix flat and not two seconds went by and a gentleman just came out and changed that tire with NO CHARGE! So if you honest, trustworthy and very competent family oriented mechanic business Ken and family are the way to go. read more

My son and I were driving his car from CA to Georgia where he attends college. The air conditioning went out - completely stopped - in mid 90s, humid weather. The lucky part is that we were coming up on Checotah and called Ken's. I asked if we could bring our car in and heard that they were scheduling for the next week. I said I understood but when I explained our situation, Jennifer said come right in and they'd see what they could do. We were there about an hour. The car was attended to immediately and Jennifer kindly chatted with us while we waited. The mechanic came in after an hour, explained the situation and how they'd fixed it. The bill was very reasonable - more than reasonable. I can't recommend Ken's highly enough. Honest, fair and very good people. I hope to pass through Checotah again so I can go say hello. read more

We were driving from CA to GA and just east of Oklahoma City, odorless vapor(like smoke at first) started coming out of the AC vents. Needless to say we were freaking out about having car problems and finding a trustworthy shop. We called Ken's Garage off a referral list from O'Reillys and so thankful we did. The owners wife answered the phone and when I explained it might be our heater core going out, her husband said he can just bypass it so we can get to our destination and get it fixed there. He gave us such hope in this first "bump" on our trip. Once we got there, he immediately put it up on the rack and checked it out and found that there actually wasn't even a leak! The car is fine and the vapor was a result of being in the humidity!! They were both so kind and took care of us right away! I highly recommend Ken's a garage and these truly kind people!!
