I was nervous as the previous…read moregroomer (different business) had said he didn't handle much of any of the grooming well (pulling away, anxious, etc). But the ladies did so well in talking to me and making me comfortable leaving my boy in their care. From the details they provided post-groom, he initially exhibited the same stress and anxiety signs as previously but they took the time to work with him to make it as pleasant as possible. This time when I picked him up, he was freshly bathed, nails trimmed and he didn't seem stressed out. The biggest thing was his eyes were happy, clear, and not bloodshot unlike the last groomer. I get nervous leaving my pup in the care of others, especially when you hear horror stories of abusive borders and groomers but I will DEFINITELY be bringing him back to Furry Tails! Thanks guys!

When they got to my home, at first they were very nice, but once I started telling them my preferences on how I wanted their haircut to turn out, aka I didn't want them to try to de-matt my dogs with a comb, I just wanted it shaved/cut out so I didn't have to spend extra money (again, 3 dogs is expensive). The groomer wasn't okay with that, & literally got in the salon truck & LEFT. Without confirming why they were leaving!! It's so upsetting because we have been waiting to get them groomed at the mobile salon for longer than we wanted to, & then they treat their customers like that & LEAVE? Yes, this place doesn't have the copious choices of leashes, harnesses, treats, etc., but what they have here is the highest quality of food options I've seen anywhere. They of course sell the frozen raw food options you would find such as Instinct, Primal, Stella & Chewy's, etc., but they also carry regional frozen raw from the mid-west region. Along with that what I've never seen is there are three 18 cu.ft freezers full of raw food diet. These items are locally sourced from farmers, which I've not seen anywhere. Of course I purchased some tendon and chicken necks for my bull breed canine. Along with these raw frozen items they carry the highest quality of freeze dried raw choices, my personal favorites Vital Essentials, Icelandic and a new find Momentum Carnivore. Outside of the obligitory food choice, this place has both in-house holistic vet, massage, and chiropractic. For real, really! Where the hell do you find that in a pet store. What really sets this place apart is i had a chance to chat it up with the owner and he's super nice and informative and willing to help. If your ever in this area its definitely worth the drive.

My Witty girl is a 1.5 year old service dog who deserves "lotsa love "when having to be groomed and thank goodness we found the right spot for her. They are attentive, fast, and definitely listen to how we want her groomed with of course giving lotsa love! The shop is clean and has enough room.
