They would not even consider this information, nor were they willing to offer suggestions for other facilities we could consider. If this were truly a professional organization, they would know how to accept and accommodate all breeds and not be discriminatory in their practices. We are happy to send our dog and our business to another more professional and respectful facility in the Twin Cities.

My guess is this place has a very limited insurance coverage, which actually makes me question the safety of the facility, in general. If they're not willing to pay for a comprehensive insurance policy that covers all dogs, what else are they skimping on? We may have dodged a bullet by being denied by them. Thankfully, there are a number of other professional dog daycares in the nearby area that have good insurance policies and are happy to have our dog.

I don't feel the need to smear somebody and be petty online. I told her I was going to have to think about bringing them back because of how I was being treated but not that I wasn't going to. Now, she's an energetic girl, so we wanted a place with acreage for her to run about outside. We had gone to a great place out in St. Bonnie before (outdoor pool, yappy hour, Sinatra piped into the suites), but that cost about as much as a cheap hotel room and with the dollar at a low against the Euro, we didn't have the cash to splurge on our loved one like that. Enter Happy Days.. Now they don't have all the accouterments that the other place has, but she still had a private sweet and plenty of place to get her run on. And reasonable too. About 33 a day. And she seemed happy to see us, too. Quite the drive for us, but than again, St. Bonnie wasn't close either. Would recommend Happy Days to anyone with a larger dog that needs some space to roam.

The staff here are excellent- the monitor play, sleep, health, and food intake, and really care about the dogs they look after. Zoe is now an older dog at 15, and we have no worries when she is at doggy camp. Happy Days has a wonderful facility, with a large outdoor play area and one inside as well. Additionally, whether it's scheduling a pick up or drop off, or calling with a question, Happy Days has great communication and answers phone calls or emails promptly. Lastly, they have competitive rates, so even though your dog has a great experience, it's not breaking the bank to have them looked after. We will definitely be taking Zoe here again in the future.

I went in today for an orientation and a walk through at about 10AM. IMO, there were way too many dogs in each area. The dog rooms are small and dimly lit, and all connected, so the atmosphere is very loud. I was shocked at how many large dogs were in such a small area. As we walked through with the staff, a fight broke out between two dogs. Others joined in because there was no where to go. One staff in the room for about 20-25 large dogs. No wonder. There is simply not enough room for the number and size of dogs in that space. I would never leave my dog there.
