They said someone would be here between 10 and 12. She got here at 2:45. They charged me $115 for a 5 hour clean. She was there for 2 hours. She skipped a toilet. Didn't empty any waste baskets. She brought her child, who ate cookies and fruit out of my kitchen and had smashed them into my couch and left crumbs all over the counter. I kindly called MaidPro and asked them to send someone different. They said I could expect a phone call from their manager. The original house cleaner called, apologized for her child, and took $20 off my next clean. Cleaning #2 - I had company over. When we simply said we were leaving the house to go have drinks, she asked if I had a drinking problem and suggested we don't drink and drive, as if it were her business? She skipped the second toilet AGAIN and skipped the floors altogether in my second bedroom. Trashcans were not all emptied. I let her know that if I continued to pay her, my house needed to SPARKLE at $100 every 2 weeks ($50/HOUR). She said "Yes ma'am." Cleaning #3 - Asked if she could come the day following our scheduled cleaning day. Her son was sick. The next day, she asked if she could do it the NEXT day. She was having a rough day. Are you kidding me? Done with this place. Absolutely ridiculous.
